If you enroll in a program, our admissions and instructional staff may collect additional information required for your certification, such as proof of identity, background check results, immunization or health screening records, and attendance and completion records. This information is collected directly as part of enrollment, not through this website, and is used only to administer your enrollment and meet state and certifying body requirements.

Like most websites, our web server automatically records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, for security and basic site administration. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts; loading these fonts may share standard request information, such as your IP address, with Google under Google's own privacy policy. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children's privacy

Our programs and this website are intended for adults seeking healthcare certification training. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we have about you, request a correction, or request that we delete information you submitted through this website. Some information related to an active or completed certification may need to be retained to comply with state or certifying body requirements.
